High-tide Bush likes wet soil and works beautifully in coastal or moist gardens.  It is multi-stemmed and has attractive whitish flowers that bloom in late summer into fall.  Its purplish seeds are wind pollinated.
 
     High-tide Bush is a great shrub for wet, even salty areas where other plants struggle to grow.
