The soft, gentle and quiet nature of this plant reminds me a bit of Threadleaf Bluestar, which likes a similar environment but blooms blue in summer.
 
     Bowman's Root is an open, airy plant that should be planted somewhere where everyone can enjoy its beautiful form and lovely flowers that easily sway in the breeze.
 
     After the flowers, Bowman's Root has interesting foliage anyway, but the real show comes in the fall when those leaves turn shades of red and burgundy.
